"Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness."
- Thich Nhat Hanh
Dear Reader,
True freedom is one of the most misunderstood aspects of human life.
In truth, it has nothing to do with political freedoms or permissions.
Many people exist in the freest societies and yet lack freedom at their core.
Many reside in the most repressed societies, and yet remain the most internally free.
True freedom means the ability to determine your own state, and control over your own inner world.
It is the ability to center yourself and flow with life's tumultuous moments.
It is the ability to not let life's circumstances tell you how to feel.
It comes from the acceptance of life as it is.
That is true freedom.
If you wish to cultivate internal freedom, then all that is required is practice.
That's why I created a 5-day challenge for you to implement 5 powerful principles for inner freedom.
If that interests you, click here to get started on the challenge.
Once you're inside, let me know how it goes for you.
Peace, love, and joy to you.
Your friend,
